Heart Centered Ascension Circle

I am excited to invite you to participate in a Heart Centered Ascension Circle

The intention for this group is to provide a safe, non-judgmental place for us to share and exchange ideas to help us understand and navigate all the changes that are occurring at a rapidly increasing pace as the earth and humanity evolve to ascend to the next level.

Using the Heart Centered Awareness check in process and Present Moment Mindful Communication we will explore and share ways to face the energetic and multi-dimensional jumps the earth and humanity are currently undergoing while staying true to who we are.

While I will be guiding the group, this is an interactive group which draws a very diverse group of people with a variety of gifts that they share with the world and all are encouraged to share those gifts as guided to assist others in finding their own answers during the course of this . For those who are not sure what gifts they possess, this is the ideal place to explore that.  

There will be time during each circle for participants to explore the challenges they are facing regarding their personal evolution and, if desired, request input for circle participants.
