The products in SharMar Creations have all been created from a heart level and infused with energy as they are produced, so that others may receive the ultimate enjoyment from them.
Sound has been used for healing, meditating and finding joy, peace and truth for thousands of years as healers found that sound, frequency and vibration are powerful enough to influence all of our systems – mental, emotional, energetic, spiritual and physical all the way down to the cellular level, helping our systems to return to their original, perfect aligment. As a shaman, a certified sound practitioner and being certified in both Reiki and Theta healing I use a combination of drumming, tibetan bowls and other vibrational instruments in group and individual sound bath and sound healing sessions often coupled with intuitive readings to create a unique experience specifically geared to the receiving party.
Essential oils are becoming increasingly popular as people and science recognize their healing properties. The vibrational energy put out by crystals has also been used for centuries to heal and change many of the same mental and emotional challenges that essential oils are used for. Combine the two together and it is pure magic and more than double the healing that is possible with either one on its own.
Learning and using the Heart Centered Awareness process gives people the ability to manifest the life they truly want, allowing you to confront and release those blocks and conflicts that cause stress and distress in your life and to come into your greatness, and to live a life full of abundance, joy, and happiness.

Smart In Heart ’s goal is to help people see the beauty in life and to grow and evolve in all ways.
I am so happy to share my creative, artsy side with you. I was intuitively guided to reinvent my craft business.
And as part of this journey I was nudged by the Universe to look back to see what I have done in my life that has given me the most joy to find my next step, I was quite strongly nudged and when I would stop in another direction was guided back to looking again. Once I quit resisting the direction, I knew immediately that I was happiest when I was running my craft business. And once acknowledged that and chose to see where that led, things fell into place very quickly and now this website is going to be two fold – I am not abandoning my Heart Centered Awareness. Indeed, I am incorporating it into my crafts, each piece is made with the guidance of my heart, knowing that it will get to exactly the right person at the right time. I am adding a new facet to my business, a store for the sale of my crafts.
When I questioned how my doing crafts could help both in the evolvement of both myself and humanity, I was quickly and most adamantly told that by letting my heart-centered awareness guide what I created, not only would I find joy from the creation of my crafts, but that those who were drawn to purchase them would find joy from them and they would benefit from the energy that I infuse into each piece I create.
